Pastor Mark
Pastor Benton Mark is the lead pastor of Grapevine Christian Church. He came to Japan as a missionary from Seattle, USA in 1991 with three families. Since then, he has been involved in church planting in the Kansai area. His wife Sanae is also involved in many ministries of the church and supports him. They have three grown children who live in Japan. Ps Mark is also a businessman. He loves cycling, eating delicious Japanese food, and relaxing in hot springs. He is passionate about sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Daniel
Since coming to Japan in 2000, Pastor Daniel has served churches in the Tohoku, Kanto, and Kansai areas while working as an English teacher. In 2018, he was appointed pastor of Grapevine Christian Church, where he currently teaches English at a university and lives happily with his wife and three children. Ps Daniel loves 90’s J-Pop, football, and has recently become addicted to coffee. He enjoys teaching and encouraging others to come to know Jesus Christ.
